Coaches use the 1500 metres Predictor Test to assess their athletes’ potential race speed.
What is the point?
The 1500 metres Predictor Test is a good way for athletes to predict their race speed without actually running the full race distance. This means you can use this tool on a regular basis throughout the training cycle.
What do you need?
400 metre track
How do you do the test?
