Our mobile fitness service enables our experienced trainers to bring all the necessary equipment to your school or nearby park and provide professional fitness training for the students.

Fitness2u provides schools with the added benefit of a fixed and affordable price with no tag on costs.

Fitness2u will help to bring your sports team to the top. Our training methods will ensure that your club or team are physically prepared for their matches and more importantly that each individual player is at an optimal level of fitness so that they can get the most out of each game. Our trainers are accredited professionals and a training system will be put in place that is specific to the sport you play. Our training method is based on the 6S principle, which applies to success and longevity on all levels, especially in the sporting environment.

Our training methods involve consistent testing of the players to ensure that they are improving and more importantly so that our young sportsman can learn the satisfaction of getting the most out of their bodies, something that Fitness2u hopes will stick with each athlete for the rest of their life.
