How do you do the test?

  • Start with both feet flat on the ground, perpendicular to the hurdle

  • Continue for 30 seconds

  • Record the total number of jumps

What results you'll get :

Taking this test on a regular basis will allow you to chart the improvement in your performance, and make any changes necessary to your training program.
