What do you need?

A stopwatch

A 12" (30cm) Hurdle
How do you do the test?

Start with both feet flat on the ground, perpendicular to the hurdle

Jump two footed over the hurdle, then back again.

Continue for 30 seconds

Record the total number of jumps
