Blast Fat at Boot Camp

 

If you're looking to lose weight, tone up, improve aerobic fitness, strength, stamina, endurance, energy levels, plus look and feel better than ever before, then you have come to the right place. Guaranteed to be the toughest and most informative single day of fitness you will ever experience. Push your team to the limits of physical and mental stamina and achieve fitness satisfaction like never before.

Fitness2u boot camp is conducted by appointment only and runs for a minimum of 8 people. The sessions are structured to suit everyone's capabilities and fitness levels; all sessions are designed so that you not only enjoy yourself but challenge yourself in a way you never thought possible. 

The boot camp is a full day, starting at 7 am and finishes at 3 pm.

T-shirts and cap are part of the package.

A super-healthy organic lunch and drinks (spring water– it’s a ‘full on’ day of fitness) are provided.

Fitness2u BOOT CAMP is held at a specially selected location in Sydney’s West named Lake Gillawarna, on Henry Lawson Drive, George's Hall. What may seem a serene place you will never forget.                   

PRICE: $ 50 per person (minimum of 8 people)

Our basis is the 6'S' principle.

1.Stamina

Endurance to be continually active.

2.Strength

Resistance training to build muscle tone and increase metabolic rate

3.Speed

Power to have that burst of energy whenever you need it.

4.Stretching

Flexibility to improve body shape and balance..

5.Sustenance

Nutritional advice to keep your feeling fit internally

6.Skill
