boot camp is conducted by appointment only and runs for a minimum of
8 people. The sessions are structured to suit everyone's
capabilities and fitness levels; all sessions are designed so that
you not only enjoy yourself but challenge yourself in a way you
never thought possible.
The boot
camp is a full day, starting at 7 am and finishes at 3 pm.
T-shirts
and cap are part of the package.
A
super-healthy organic lunch and drinks (spring water– it’s a ‘full
on’ day of fitness) are provided.
