Agility Tests

Testing for agility is a good predictor of performance in fast moving sports. Agility measures the ability to make quick changes of direction while moving at speed, such as you might do in soccer, tennis, or basketball, to name but a few.

Tests include the Lateral Change of Direction test, then Quick Feet Test, the Shuttle Run Test, and the T- test. A coach will be able to evaluate which is most appropriate based on the demands of the sport.
